Boise Lodging and Transportation

We’re excited to have you come join us in Boise. The Garden O’ Feedin’ will be in full bloom with the mountains a beautiful backdrop, and our art studio doors will be open for your exploration. Some logistical information for you:

Airport

Fly in to Boise Airport (BOI). You’ll want to be at the conference by 9:00 Friday morning, and fly out Sunday mid- or late afternoon. Pastors who need to return to your flock by Sunday, just fly out Saturday afternoon or evening; we understand.

Hotel and Free Shuttle

Marriott Springhill Suites (a 5-minute drive from Vineyard Boise) is giving us their group rate discount for people attending the Creative Church conference. Their special rate is $69/night per room for this conference. Click here to check out their website, but to reserve your room, you’ll need to call the hotel directly (1-208-939-8266) and say you’re with the Creative Church Conference in order to get our group-rate discount.

Each hotel room holds up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds plus one sleeper sofa, with fridge and microwave.

Our hotel group rate also includes a FREE shuttle ride, from and to the Boise airport! Again, call the hotel directly to arrange your pick-up time.

Our hotel arrangement also includes a FREE van ride to and from the church conference on all three days in the Mariott’s 15-passenger van, if you need a ride from the hotel.

And, last but not least, our group rate with Marriott also includes a “full hot breakfast” for each guest all three mornings.

Food

There are lots of fast food restaurants a mile or two from church for lunch/dinner. You have the option to order your lunch on Friday and Saturday (build-your-own deli sandwich) if you pay ahead when you register; $3 per day will be added to your conference cost.
